War-orphan Faustin Mugisa, 8, who has machete scars on his head and body, stands at the Kizito orphanage in Bunia in northeastern Congo February 24, 2009. Mugisa was left for dead in a pile of corpses when ethnic Lendu militiamen hacked to death his mother and seven siblings in 2003. Mugisa’s father discovered him alive and took him to the bush to recover, but his father was later hacked to death by the same militia group. Ethnic violence has simmered for years in northeastern Congo, part of broader civil and regional conflict currently uprooting hundreds of thousands of Congolese fleeing massacres and reprisal killings by various armed groups roaming the country’s vast and lawless wilds.

okay, so honestly… not as bad as i thought it would be. i’m not saying that i LOVED it, but so much better than that sad, sad excuse for a first movie.
i absolutely adore rob pattinson; seriously, the perfect edward. they did a really good job choosing the other characters as well. but it is common knowledge that i hate the fuck out of kristen stewart. it’s beyond me how she even got this part! so not the right choice to play bella >:| all she does is breath really, reaaaallly heavily & blink & look down. a lot. like, it’s fucking ridiculous. she is exactly the same in any movie she’s been in, only in twilight she’s slightly more “serious”. & whenever bella & edward kissed she grunted & made noises. helllloooo it pains edward to kiss you, not the other way around. my dislike for kristen stewart almost made me happy that edward left. almost. oh & the scenes where bella is having the dreams & wakes up screaming, comeee on. SO fucking dramatic. hated it. also i couldn’t stand watching the scenes where bella did dangerous/reckless things in order to see edward. it totally just made bella seem like this freaking crazy person. idk, just pissed me offff…
& it’s not that i dislike taylor lauhtner, he’s just a tool in this movie. physically though, he was a great jacob; major kudos on that! i just didn’t really like his acting. ALSO, they tried way too hard to sex up the movie. for example whenever jacob took his shirt off he did it allll big sexy like.
there were actually some really sad parts in the movie, & had anyone but fugly slut kristen stewart been playing the part of bella i would have cried. SHE JUST RUINS THE MOVIE. oh my god.
what the hell is up with this crappy, flabby little wolf pack! the guy on the far left looks alright, but where was THAT in the movie?! uh yeah, photoshop x 1000. when these nigs^ are with jacob & they have their shirts off, jacob’s crazy buff bod makes them all look like shit. i literally saw moobs jiggling when they walked -.- um couldn’t they have at least tried to work out?
i really liked this scene. the one where jasper goes crazy on bella because she gets a paper cut. it lived up to my expectations.
did NOT like dakota fanning as jane. i pictured someone, er, pretty? i mean after all the vampires are supposed to be beautiful. it’s not just because i don’t think she’s pretty, i just thought it would be someone more italian.. more everything dakota’s not! is that so much to ask? i liked the rest of the volturi though.
so what i’m saying is, the movie was aight. definitely wouldn’t pay to watch it though, so i thank the internet for having easily accessible movies laying around everywhere! wouldn’t recommend it if you’re like me & have a crazy opinion about everything & feel the need to pick out every flaw.
